Some companies we work(ed) with
Why an assessment?
Your company has blind spots. They are costly. The PMA uncovers them and helps you get rid of them.
how does it work?
The Product Leader, PMs/POs, a Designer & a Tech Lead are asked for input.
This gets analysed for you, both quantitatively (on a scorecard), and qualitatively (I do what ChatGPT can’t: read between the lines using my context and experience).
By working with 200+ product leaders from European companies in the past years, I learned exactly how to assess a team’s blind spots. The other leaders also let me discover which solutions work and which don’t.

Remote Details
Can you imagine your team being 20-180% more efficient?
Most teams know they can improve, but don’t know how.
Uncover your team’s blind spots and learn precisely how to improve.
By doing the Product Management Assessment, you’ll get concrete points to work on, or your money back.
The PMA compares you against over 200 European companies.
Companies whose leaders I worked with directly in the past years.
As soon as your team fills this in, you can schedule a call for the next day.
If you act quickly, you can learn precisely what you should work on within a few days.
You only need to take three simple steps when you complete the order:
1. Forward an email we send you to the PMs/POs, Designer, and Tech leader that will fill it in.
2. Take 15-45 minutes to fill in your part and plan a check-in.
3. Have a 60-minute live meeting with me to discuss the results.
Of course, you will receive a score and a summary after completing the assessment, which you can use as a guide for this year’s team development plan.
This remote version is based on the in-person assessments. For those, I charge €16.999. Because remote gives you slightly less, I value this version at 50% of that price, fair?
VALUE: €8.500
However, because I love product people, I’m making you a ridiculous offer this January for the next eight companies to get it. You can choose either:
In-Person Details
If you are one of the few who believe in only ever getting the best, this is for you.
Not only are you getting the original in-person assessment, but you also get a ton of bonuses.
The assessment is done on-site as much as possible. Martijn will travel to any location in Europe for a 2-day in-person assessment.
This version gives you just the final strokes that we cannot get remotely.
You can expect actionable steps to level up your team (even further?) immediately ánd get a roadmap you can follow for the rest of the year.
The content is based on insights gathered when working with 200+ European Product and Tech Leaders.
Day 1: Assessment day.
Martijn does a deep dive with up to 6 people, creating a complete gap analysis.
Day 2: Training and growth roadmap
Half of the day, there’s a live training on the weakest point & presentation of the gap analysis and a growth roadmap to leadership.
VALUE: €16.999
In addition, you also get:
BONUS #1:PM/PO Check-Up (€10.000 VALUE)
What do you think it costs you if someone leaves unexpectedly? Roughly a year’s salary, so I valued this at 1/7 of that. Fair?
With the PM check-up, you can:
A. Prevent good people from leaving.
B. See burn-out and bore-out coming.
This bonus helps you uncover your team members’ psychology. It separately measures stress levels and coping, while also assessing how well your employees’ needs are met. This saves you the enormous cost of having to (unexpectedly?) replace people.
BONUS #2: Full live training suite for PMs/POs (€6.000 VALUE)
The 6 team members have access to 4 trainings scheduled for the rest of the year (Discovery, Business Sense, Product Metrics, and Communication). At those trainings, they continue to learn not only from Martijn but also from other product people.
BONUS #3 (JAN ONLY): Tickets to LIVE Product Mastery Conference with MELISSA PERRI (€4.000 VALUE)
The company receives 1 VIP ticket and six regular tickets to join the Product Mastery Conference with Melissa Perri, Teresa Torres, and more on March 9th, 2026, in Amsterdam.
TOTAL VALUE BONUSES: € 20.000
TOTAL VALUE: 36.999
Price: 16.999
For quality and capacity, I can only offer 2 in-person assessments each month. The buy now guarantees your seat for a 10% down payment, while we agree on the details, dates, and terms. If it doesn’t lead to an agreement within 2 weeks you will be refunded.
100% Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee
If, after completion, you aren’t satisfied with the insights and actions, just let me know, and we will refund you. No questions asked. I can’t imagine it happening, but júst in case, I hereby give you that guarantee.
Who is this for...?
Product leaders at companies with 30-500 employees. For this assessment, it doesn’t matter which industry you’re in (I do take it into account).
You want to know how you’re doing and are open to an external perspective on your organisation.
What is the Product Management Assessment?
I’ve worked with product and tech leaders from 200+ companies across Europe.
Again and again, I see the same pattern.
Most Scale-Ups are held back by their blind spots.
It might be in Product Strategy, it might be in practical product skills, or it might just be a lack of growth or seniority within the team.
The cost?
Building the wrong things, slow delivery, and constant fire-fighting.
I solved these issues in both peer groups and intensive transformations. These were serious investments both in time and money (starting at 18K). I distilled this assessment from all the insights I gained by working with over 200 leaders from 16 countries.
It’s been tailored specifically for you, as the product leader, the PMs/POs, a designer, and a technical leader.
Imagine what knowing the strong and weak points of your organisation can do for you. It can increase growth, lower cost, and more.
This month, I’m offering my best-ever deal. I truly don’t know how I could give you more value!
ATTENTION: Because I’m at about 80% of max capacity with all the peer groups, conferences, etc, I’m limiting this to a max of 9 this January. December sold out, and as of writing, 5 are left for Jan. After that, I WILL raise the price.
Meet Your Assessor
Hi! I’m Martijn Versteeg. I run over 20 Leadership Peer Groups, do tailored transformations and coach executives at scale-ups. And on the side I host two really cool Conferences on Product & Tech leadership (Product Mastery Conference & Tech Mastery UnConference).
My background is in Organisational and Occupational Psychology with a minor in Computer Science. Aside from that, I was active as a rowing coach, and I became the National Head Coach of the Singaporean Rowing Team at age 22. These experiences set me up for building my first company Elerna, which we build, scaled and sold in 5 years.
As an entrepreur I found out it can be lonely at the top and decided to form a group of peers to spar with. This was the first peer group. The OGs. From there, I rolled into organising more and more of these groups, and from the connections I made there, I now do all the things mentioned above.
I’m happy you’ve found this assessment, and I look forward to working with you soon!
