How does IT WORK?

If you are on this page, you’ve been invited because of our connection on LinkedIN. 

This means you are leading a group of PMs for a software company in the scaling phase (50-500FTE). 

With our previous 11 groups, we discovered the most efficient way of matching, and that is why we’ve chosen you.  

Instead of spending your precious time explaining how the groups work, you’re getting the opportunity to join a session and experience the value for yourself.

The format we use makes sure that we don’t waste any time, and get as much value from the session as possible. 

The session is remote and will be held using Google Meet. All you need to do is pick a slot and show up on time.

What can you expect?

The sessions are 90 minutes, and the program is as follows: 

  • Introduction (3min)
  • Setting the stage (2min)
  • Quick introductions (15min)
  • Round table, focussed on the question “What challenge that you have would you like some input on?” (65min)

Meet Your Moderator

Hi! I’m Martijn Versteeg. I run 1 Product Leadership Peer Groups with a total of a little more than 70 product leaders all over Europe. When you join this free session, I will use my experience in moderating product leadership groups and add relevant examples from other groups. 

I learned about Product Management in practice in multiple roles by 5 years spend on founding, scaling and selling an EdTech company. After being acquired, I’ve helped many companies transition from sales- or technology-led to real product-led, through consulting and leadership coaching. 

We founded Group Effort in 2022 to bring Product experts together so they can learn from each other. They facilitate the sharing of knowledge, insights and best practices.
