Meet Your Moderator
Hi! I’m Martijn Versteeg. I run over 10 Leadership Peer Groups with a total of around 70 product leaders all over Europe. Aside from that I host two Conferences on Product & Tech and I help a select few companies with leadership transformation.
My background is in Organisational and Occupational Pscyhology with a minor in Computer Science. Aside from that I was active as a rowing coach, and I became the National Head Coach of the Singaporian Rowing Team at age 22. These experiences set me up for building my first company Elerna, which we build, scaled and sold in 5 years.
As an entrepreur I found out it can be lonely at the top and decided to form a group of peers to spar with. This was the first peer group. From there, I rolled into organising peer groups, and from the connections I made there, I now do all the things mentioned above.
