About Martijn
For three years I ran confidential peer groups for product and tech leaders across Europe. Same room, same format, different companies.
And in 2025, every single group started asking the same question: “How do I actually use AI — not the hype, the real stuff — without betting everything on one tool that’ll be gone next year?”

Won’t AI replace Product Managers?
AI won’t replace Product Managers. But PMs who use AI will replace those who don’t. The DeDeDe Method puts you in the first group — permanently.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. If you can use Notion or Jira, you’re technical enough.
What do I need to prepare? Nothing, however, we recommend you consume some of the bonuses as force multipliers.
Does it matter which AI tools my company allows? No. I walk you through the pros and cons for Product people using each of the biggest current ones: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot. We’ll also touch on some other workflow automation tools. But the whole point of the DeDeDe Method is that you’re not dependent on any one tool.
Which AI tools will we use during the workshop? For the day itself, you get a personal VPS with pre-installed tooling. We expect you to automate processes, but will not connect any of your sources. This way, your CTO or CISO don’t need to worry about this. You walk away with a toolkit that works in any environment.
What will I actually build? You bring a real piece of work that’s eating your time. You build a working automation for that specific workflow. Not a demo. Not a template. Yours.
