HOW WILL I KNOW THE GROUP IS GOOD?

What if I can’t make it to a session?
Getting to know your peers over time is a big part of the value, so we urge you to make it to all sessions. However, if you have to miss a session we will ask permission in the group to record that, and (based on availability) might invite you to a session of another group.
Can I switch between remote and in-person?
The format is confirmed when the group is formed. Let us know your preference when you apply.
Is there a commitment beyond the program?
No. Plain and simple: four sessions, same peers. After that, many groups choose to continue, but that’s entirely up to the members.
