Expert AI Accountability Program
7 product managers. 4 sessions. One year at the frontier.
What is this?
This is not a course. It’s a room.
Seven of the most AI-forward product people in the Netherlands, meeting quarterly to push each other further. You bring your latest AI workflow. You stress-test it with the group. You leave with something better.
If you’re the kind of PM who already has a system — markdown process docs, MCP servers, automated workflows — but nobody around you operates at your level, this is your cohort.

About Martijn
For three years I ran confidential peer groups for product and tech leaders across Europe. Same room, same format, different companies.
And in 2025, every single group started asking the same question: “How do I actually use AI — not the hype, the real stuff — without betting everything on one tool that’ll be gone next year?”
That question haunted me. Because I didn’t have a good answer. Every AI training I saw was tool-specific. Learn ChatGPT. Learn Copilot. Learn the prompt of the week. All of it with an expiration date.
So I built something different. A method — not a tool. A way to look at any piece of work, break it apart, redesign it for AI, and make it portable enough to survive the next platform shift.
I called it DeDeDe: Deconstruct. Design. Decouple.
DeDeDe stands for Deconstruct, Design, Decouple — a three-step method for building AI automations that work with any tool.
It worked. And now I’m making it available beyond my peer groups for the first time.
